It is the policy of George Mason University to comply with federal copyright law, all related law codified at 17 U.S.C. §101 et seq and also the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), a federal law that governs the educational records of eligible students All faculty, staff and students must adhere to University copyright policy and are expected to seek consultation and advice from the Copyright Office, University Libraries, and Office of the University Registrar when using the copyrighted works of others and sharing content outside the Blackboard Learn environment.
How students can access and use the interactive video player. Interactive elements are active when recording multiple video tracks using the Kaltura Capture desktop recorder. When recording your desktop or a PowerPoint presentation along with a web cam- viewers will be able to view your content in a variety of ways.
